Dr. Nathaniel Hifko, DDS, provides compassionate general dentistry care at Hometown Family Dental Centers. He serves the families of the Fayetteville, Raeford, and Vass, North Carolina, region, and the surrounding areas including Moore County, Hoke County, and Cumberland County.
Born in Virginia but raised in Maryland, Dr. Hifko discovered his passion for dentistry at an early age. In second grade, he listened to a presentation given by a dentist from Glenwood, Maryland, on the importance of preventive dental care. Since that day, Dr. Hifko worked hard to fulfill his goal of becoming a dentist.
After graduating from Glenelg High School in Glenelg, Maryland, Dr. Hifko received his undergraduate degree in chemistry and biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Before attending dental school, Dr. Hifko was a research assistant in the Department of Chemistry under the direction of Dr. Christopher Halkides.
Dr. Hifko obtained his dental degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, where he met his wife, Dr. Christina Powers. For professional growth and advancement, Dr. Hifko is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Sandhills Symposium, and the Sandhills Dental Study Club.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hifko enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, Harper and Hudson, and their dog and cat, Milo and Charlie. Other personal interests include University of North Carolina athletics, endurance running, F3 Sandhills fellowship community, Bible study group, golfing, fishing, and listening to music.
